The track allows for repeatable cuts with the use of the sprung cord mechanism. These cuts can be performed at set angles up to a max 60° with the use of the adjustable stops on the bottom of the rail. This rail effectively makes the attached tool into a portable mitre saw as bevel cuts can also be performed while the tool is attached.
