Delivery Information

Delivery dates and times given by us are estimates only. We use established national & international carriers and dispatch items using a 48 hour service, however, in the majority of cases they are delivered on the next working day in the UK. In any event please allow up to five working days.

For orders with a net value of £75.00 or more, delivery is free to the majority of the UK Mainland (see delivery schedule). For orders with a net value below this amount, a delivery charge of £6.95 will be applied (exceptions apply - see delivery schedule). Delivery surcharges apply to certain areas of the UK and these will be added at the time your order is placed.

Some items may also be subject to additional charges due to their weight and size. This is usually for items weighing over 20Kg. We will contact you and advise you of these charges before your order is processed. If you need further information about our delivery charges please call us free on 0800 210 0621 during office hours.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please make all necessary arrangements to take delivery. You should check the delivery immediately. If there is a discrepancy or an item is damaged you must let us know immediately.

Refusal of Delivery/ Failure to Accept Delivery

If you refuse to accept delivery of a shipment or the courier makes multiple attempts to deliver unsuccessfully, you will be charged for the failed delivery. This may also include a transaction fee in respect of the payment of your order via the online payment merchant. These charges are non negotiable and will only be discounted or waved at our discretion.

Christmas Holidays 2022:-

Orders may be affected by the Christmas break, we will update this information as soon as possible.  In the mean time if you are considering a delivery in time for Christmas we would advise you to place your order in plenty of time and whilst the items you are considering are avaliable in stock. 

For your information:-

• Please place your order via our secure website.
• If you are purchasing from our website within the UK mainland then VAT will be charged at the current UK rate.
• If you are purchasing from our website from outside the UK mainland, VAT will no longer be charged on orders, you will pay taxes yourself once your order arrives in your country of residence.
• An appropriate carriage charge will be automatically applied to your order as shown in the country list below. If the charges differ from those quoted we will contact you before your order is processed.
• If you need to claim under the terms of a manufacturers warranty for an item you have previously purchased from us, please call us on 01924 374099 during office hours and we will deal with the situation as quickly as possible.

* For orders placed from Norway we require the customers National Identity Number & Tax Card Number, please provide these in an email to sales@powertoolsgb.co.uk, quoting your PTGB order reference number

Prices may be subject to change depending on volumetric size and weight of consignment, if this is the case we will endeavor to contact you prior to despatch
