Shopping With Us

We have designed our site to be as simple to use as possible and on this page we provide some simple tips on how to search, browse and purchase. Our site is also tablet and mobile responsive to provide you with the bes experience no matter what device you are using. We hope you enjoy your visit!

Searching

The easiest way to find what you're looking for is to search for it. The ‘Search’ box is on the top right of every page. Simply type a title or description of what you are looking for into the box and click ‘Search’. Keeping the description simple will return more results.

Browsing

Searching is not the only way to find what your looking for, browsing the site is also very easy. The main product categories are listed in the drop down menus at the top of the page, simply click into a product category to view all the products available within that category. You can also browse by brand or industry sector.

Choosing an Item

When you find an item you want to purchase, select a variation from the drop down menu (if applicable) enter a quantity and then click the ‘Add to Basket’ button. The item will be added to your ‘Shopping Basket’ this is found on the clicking on the trolly icon in the top menu

Paying for your Item(s)

When you are ready to buy, click the ‘Checkout’ button in the Shopping Basket. Complete all your delivery details on the checkout page and click ‘Pay by Credit Card’ or pay with your PayPal account. Our credit card payments are processed by PayPal. Your order is then complete and details will be confirmed by email. All our prices exclude VAT which is normal practice in our industry. Prices including VAT are also shown on product pages.

Christmas & New Year opening times

We will be closed from the 23rd of Dec to 2nd of Jan. You are still able to able to purchase though our website during this period and we will be shipping orders from the 3rd of Jan.
